Endless Journey Sticker Map Sweepstakes presented by the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. If You do not agree and consent to these Rules, please do not enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency (“Sponsor”). National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak”) is not a sponsor, cosponsor, administrator, promoter, or endorser of the Sweepstakes and is not responsible for the conduct or administration of the Sweepstakes NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal United States residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, or who are between the ages of 13 and 17 at the time of entry and have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter. False or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of the LOSSAN Rail Corridor Agency (“Sponsor”), and any of their respective partners, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, web masters, and immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to win any prize. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS, AND THE OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format designated below. Employees, officers, and directors of Amtrak are not eligible to participate or win, and are expressly excluded from all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on April 17, 2026 and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on March 31, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be post marked before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win a prize. How to Enter: To enter, list your name and email address on your sticker map before mailing it during the Sweepstakes Period to 600 S. Main Street, Orange CA 92868, Attention: LOSSAN Endless Escapes. By mailing your map and information to the Sponsor, you are opting in to receive LOSSAN/Pacific Surfliner marketing communication. Upon completion of these steps, eligible participants will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempts to obtain additional entries, including through multiple or duplicate accounts, will result in disqualification. If you do not wish to pay for a U.S. postage stamp, you may drop your map off in person at 600 S. Main Street, Orange CA 92868. Attention: LOSSAN Endless Escapes. Posted Sweepstakes instructions are also available at our webpage at https://pacificsurfliner.com/stickermap. Identity of Entrant: All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Bulk entries will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email account. Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraud or other illegitimate means will result in disqualification, at Sponsor’s discretion. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the entry. An “authorized account holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder of the account associated with the winning entry. Selection and Notification of Winner: On or about April 15, 2027, Sponsor will conduct separate random drawings from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select potential winners for each prize tier and for the Grand Prize, as described in Section 6 below. Drawings will be conducted at Sponsor’s headquarters as listed in Section 15 below. Eligible entrants may enter one (1) of three (3) prize tiers depending on the number of stickers collected: ten (10) stickers or more receives eligibility for bronze tier, twenty-five (25) stickers or more receives eligibility for silver tier, and twenty-nine (29) stickers or more receives eligibility for gold tier and includes entry into the grand prize drawing. Eligible entrants who collect the required number of stickers during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the applicable prize tier drawing(s). Entrants who qualify for multiple prize tiers will receive one (1) entry into the highest prize tier for which they qualify, and do not receive entry into lower tiers, except that gold tier entrants will be eligible for the grand prize drawing. Each drawing will be conducted separately. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for the applicable drawing. If the number of eligible Entries in any drawing is fewer than the number of prizes available for that drawing, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes to all eligible entrants in that drawing or not to award any unclaimed prizes. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. Each potential winner will be notified via email on or about April 15, 2027. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor may require each potential winner to sign and return, as specified by Sponsor, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize. Entrants between the ages of 13 and 17 at the time of entry must have a parent or legal guardian sign the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release on their behalf. If (i) the attempted notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address or the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification; or (ii) any required documents are not returned as specified by Sponsor; or (iii) a potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held for each prize, after which any remaining prizes will not be awarded. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners in accordance with the above selection process from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award only the number of prizes available. Verification of Potential Winner: EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED. Prize: Prizes will be awarded as follows: Bronze Tier: Up to fifty (50) winners will each receive one (1) exclusive small-size Pacific Surfliner swag item. (ARV $7) Silver Tier: Twenty-five (25) winners will each receive one (1) exclusive medium-size Pacific Surfliner swag item. (ARV $16) Gold Tier: Up to ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) exclusive large-size Pacific Surfliner swag item. (ARV $45) Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Amtrak gift card. (ARV $250). The Amtrak gift card is subject solely to Amtrak’s gift card terms and conditions. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize will be disclosed prior to award. Total ARV of all prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes will not exceed the amount stated in Sponsor’s promotional materials. Prize Restrictions: ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges of any prize (including for cash) will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor’s sole discretion to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value for any prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If any portion of the prize or any other activity or event is unable to take place as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, lockout, labor dispute, strike, or inclement weather, no substitute prize, activity, or event will be provided. Except for applicable manufacturer’s standard warranties, the prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Disclaimer: Sponsor and any of their respective partners, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, and web masters and Amtrak and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) phone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures beyond Sponsor or the Released Parties’ reasonable control; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or the Released Parties by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. Sponsor is solely responsible for the Sweepstakes and all claims arising therefrom. Without limitation, entrants expressly release Amtrak from any liability arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize. Rights: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on the LOSSAN website and to have their name and email used by LOSSAN for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation, including but not limited to the purpose of LOSSAN/Pacific Surfliner marketing communication. Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by Entrant as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select, and announce the winner. Participant hereby waives any claims that participant may have or acquire against the Sponsor for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark violation, moral rights, right of publicity, rights of privacy, or false light arising out of or in connection with the Sponsor’s or anyone else’s use of the Content. Participant agrees that this waiver of privacy rights constitutes a valid consent to uses of any Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") as may be required under applicable data protection laws. Any PII that you provide in participating in the Sweepstakes is subject to the privacy policy at https://www.pacificsurfliner.com/legal/privacy-policy/. Winner List; Rules Request; Sweepstakes Administration: For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope for arrival after April 15, 2027 and before December 31, 2027 to the address listed in Section 13 below, Attn: LOSSAN. To obtain a copy of these Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed business-size envelope to the address listed in Section 15 below, Attn: LOSSAN Marketing Department. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or any terms or conditions of the Endless Journey Sticker Map Sweepstakes promotion or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
